This piece is packaged in an acid-free cellophane sleeve with a rigid backing and placed in a box for it’s safe arrival to you. Study no. 174 is signed on the lower right side of the art and embossed on the lower right corner. This piece makes a good trio with Studies no. 171 & 175 (see last image).

Overall: 11 x 14 inches

Framing Recommendation:
Due to the textural and dimensional nature, we recommend framing with a float style mount to allow the character to be showcased and to allow distance between the art and glass.

Care:
Avoid wiping or touching. Using compressed-air geared for electronics is a good alternative if dusting is necessary.

About the Collection

The Meld Collection features textural mixed media compositions with layered elements that give the impression of fragmented landscapes and memories using earthy tones with vibrant pops of color. Using patched and layered mixed media elements gives a sculptural and tactile quality, with some parts protruding from the surface and outside the confines of the frame. This creates a sense of depth and an interplay between flatness and relief, suggesting fleeting remnants of past experiences, landscapes, or memories.
