All custom and made to order items are FINAL SALE and returns and refunds will not be accepted. Non-custom items are subject to a strict 10 day return policy and must be in new condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Buyer is responsible for shipping securely in the original packaging, including insurance and tracking for the total cost of the item(s). Please contact us within 10 days should you feel a return is necessary at email@example.com and we will work with you to begin initiating your return. We cannot offer refunds for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons responsible to the buyer, or items returned more than 10 days after the initial delivery.
REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Upon approval a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. It may take approximately 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund before the funds apply to your account.
EXCHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged under normal use and within a reasonable amount of time since purchase. If you would like an exchange please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
